ABSTRACT

Disclosed is a computer based method including receiving a request, by a virtual mobile transaction computer, from a user device or from an application running on the user device. The user and the user device are verified and authenticated based on one or more parameters. A transaction account is determined, where the transaction account is associated with the user. A bar code is sent to the user device and the bar code is used to initiate a payment for a purchase transaction associated with the request.
